Return Policy

At Auto-Truck-Xtras.com Inc., we make it easy to return items.

We guarantee ALL merchandise sold by Auto-Truck-Xtras.com Inc. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery of your order, you may return any item in a new condition including original packaging and paperwork, for a prompt refund.

Auto-Truck-Xtras.com Inc. is currently unable to accept returns of used items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

International orders may only be exchanged when defective.

Shipping Costs / Credits

The credit card originally used will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs. Auto-Truck-Xtras.com Inc. will pay return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return the product(s) to us. Your credit card will be credited when Auto-Truck-Xtras.com Inc. or the Shipper has received and processed the returned product(s). You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Auto-Truck-Xtras.com Inc. cannot guarantee credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Returned Items

All returned items will be examined upon receipt.

If the product(s) is not in new condition, including original packaging and paperwork or does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange for a replacement, and the product may be shipped back to you.

How do I return a product?


All returns require an RA # (Return Authorization Number) in order for us to accept shipments. Shipments without RA #'s clearly posted on the outside of the box will unfortunately be returned to the sender.

How do I cancel an item that has not yet shipped?

Please click here to cancel an item. We will need to confirm that it has not yet shipped.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest place a new order or e-mail us.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
